• Rates are for up to a maximum of 6 guests for Beach Villa.
• Rates are for up to a maximum of 5 guests for Palapa Villa.
• Rates are for up to a maximum of 2 guests for La Casita.
• $500 (USD) refundable security deposit
• Gratuities are not included, however they will be added to rental charges for stays over 10 days.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD)
• Punta Pelicano is a smoke-free environment.

4 weeks prior to arrival.

• If a cancellation is made 6 weeks (42 days) or more prior to your arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
• We accept payments in the form of US bank checks or money orders.

Christmas and New Year's (Saturday to Saturday - includes 1 week before and 1 week after)

• Beach & Palapa Villa (only rented together): $9800 per week 
• Casita available (additional cost): $1450 per week

Easter (Saturday to Saturday - includes 1 week before and 1 week after)

• Beach Villa & Palapa Villa (only rented together): $7100 per week
• Casita available (additional cost): $1600 per week
